Founder, Nikos Xirouchakis is a Greek native and passionate entrepreneur who seeks to offer the highest
quality products that are grown, produced and packaged in Greece.
Upon moving to the United States in 2007, he found himself in the restaurant business with a yearning to bring Greek culture to America.
